I understand that a $80 deposit will be required to book appointment time. The deposit will be deducted from the price of my tattoo. A $150 deposit may be required for larger work. *

Shop minimum is $100. Price is based on size, placement, and detail of design. If changes are made to the design the final price will reflect. A non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your appointment. A deposit holds a space in my schedule, and covers drawing time. Drawings will not be sent out, if changes are to be made they will be taken care of before the appointment. If you need to reschedule, please notify within 48 hours of your appointment. If you do not show up to your appointment without contacting me or shop, your deposit will be nullified. Deposits can be dropped off at the shop OR paid once this form is sent. There will be a link to online deposits once you hit the set appointment tab at the bottom.

Keller Street Parking Garage is really close to the shop. Parking is 10 hr free on the second and third floors. First floor is free 4 hr parking.
There a lot great resturants a stones throw from the shop. If you arrive early enough finding a bite to eat is a pro move.
